Risks and Roof Insulation - Part II

The roof insulation program outcomes make for pretty sober reading. So what happens now? What are the unintended consequences? Here are a few thoughts:

Buying or selling a house? The transaction should require an all clear from an electrical inspection of the roof. Would you want to buy a house with that hanging over your head.

Loan approval. Same story.
Buying insurance. Same story.

Lots of future work for electricians. But there is plenty for them to do right now.

My prediction - a severe shortage of electricians in the foreseeable future.
