It has been revealed that cabinet did not seek any assessment of the risks associated with the roll-out of the now defunct roof insulation program until two months after commencement.
Risks have a nasty habit of being completely obvious after the event. What seemed remote and uncertain before becomes utterly certain after and you will be judged by a higher standard because "That just happened".
A new project, a new acquisition. Do yourself a favour and assess the risks properly and, if you get it right, no-one will ever know.
